  • apply the welcome discount (when you subscribed to our mailing list)
  • Be able to track your order and access your order history
  • Apply promotional codes
  • Compile a Wishlist of items you are eyeing
  • Be notified of New Arrivals, exclusive member discounts and promotions
Your details (i.e shipping and billing address) will also be stored on our secured site, so that you do not have to rekey the same details every time you shop with us.
You will receive a welcome code in the welcome email automatically sent to the email account used to sign up with us. The voucher is for one time use only for each customer.

There is no expiry date and it can be used as and when you make a purchase with us.
The 10% welcome code is automatically sent to the email account used to sign up with us. If you did not receive the email, it might have been directed to your Junk Mail folder.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link on the log in page and an email containing simple step by step instructions will be sent to your email used to register with us. If you did not receive the email, it might have been directed to your Junk Mail folder.
You may enter the code at the discount code column at your ’My Bag’ page, right before you check out. Click ‘Apply’ and the discount amount will be automatically deducted from the total of your shopping bag, upon successful application of the code.
You may only use one voucher code per single transaction. Kindly note that discount codes (including the 10% welcome code) are not to be used in conjunction with any sale or promotional items.

Kindly ensure you are logged in to your AZORIAS account when using any discount code in order for it to be valid. Upon successfully applying your discount code, the discount amount shall automatically be deducted from the total of your shopping bag.

Any unutilized balance of a voucher code is not refundable by way of store credit or cash.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply any voucher code once an order has been confirmed. You may keep the code for your next purchase with us, however, do take note of any validity date of the voucher code.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking details are updated into your AZORIAS account upon shipment.

If for any reason there is a delay in the processing of your order, our Priority Customer Service Team shall notify you via email.

Pre/back-order items will be delivered according to the stipulated delivery timeframe stated in the product page.
If there is something which interests you, fret not if it is out of stock! Hit the ‘Bring this back’ button which you may find on the Out of Stock product page, and fill in the form to indicate your interest! This will help us manage our restocking efforts and help you secure the item that you are eyeing!

We will personally drop you an email notification once we manage to get the item back in-store.
Unfortunately, we do not have a membership scheme at present. Past loyalty points will be converted into a gift card, which we will email to you. Thank you for your kind understanding on this!
