Not diggin' your purchase? Well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed! You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be strictly given as store credit only. Please note that the balance of any unused store credit or any difference in price on an exchange is not refundable.

Store credit will expire exactly 1 year from the date of issuance. All store credit issued before 1 Jan 2019 will expire on 31 Dec 2019.

Sale/ promotional items are not applicable for returns/ exchange.

Simply notify our Priority Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt to advise us of the order number, and the reason you are retuning/ exchanging and item. We will advise you on the return address. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that any item returned must be in their original condition, and it is very important that no tags or labels are removed.

All returns must be sent back to us within 3 days after the return is initiated. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items as we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Please allow us up to 7 working days to process your return/ exchange request. An email will be sent out notifying you of the action we will take.
