A flat fee is charged for each country irregardless of the number of items purchased or the weight of your parcel, and you will have a choice of between Standard or Express delivery services for most countries.
MALAYSIA: Orders above RM100 always ship for free. Otherwise, standard delivery is at a flat rate of RM8. Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive.
SINGAPORE: Orders above RM300 for Singapore always ship for free. Otherwise, standard delivery to Singapore is at a flat rate of RM25.
INTERNATIONAL: Orders above RM500 (RM1000 for UK and USA) for the countries below ship for free (standard delivery). Please refer to the table for further details.

The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges levied or charged by their country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
If you have pre/ back-ordered item(s) within your order, it will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page). If you need your items separately mailed, please email us for assistance.
MALAYSIA: If your package was not successfully delivered, you may call Pos Laju at 1-300-300-300 to arrange for a redelivery (valid for one time only). Otherwise, you may choose to collect your parcel at the advised Pos Laju office. We are unable to arrange for redeliveries or collect your parcel on your behalf. Kindly note that a redelivery fee will be charged if the item is sent back to us.
